Photobucket I used to be almost 300 pounds at my highest weight. I have lost a lot of weight on xanga, and I've changed so much that I'm like a completely new person. I love the gym, I'm determined, passionate about everything involving nutrition and fitness, and I love to motivate others.

I am getting married to the love of my life on September 3, 2011, and I have approximately 3-4 months to lose as much weight as possible before my ordered dress arrives and gets altered to my size. Whatever I weigh then is what i'll be on my wedding day. It's time to stand out.

CW: 214.4 lbs

January has been such a bad month for me, I feel ready to make a change again. I am ready to get back on the track I was before Christmas. I am ready to finally get to 199 lbs, which is my current mini goal. I need to find a way to celebrate without food when I get there! Even though I'm 214.4 lbs at the moment, I think I'll be able to get back to 206 fairly quickly since I am retaining a lot of water right now. I can't wait until Im back there. I'll be so close to my mini goal, and right around 205 and less is when I start feeling good about myself usually.

now or never.

So as I mentioned, the pressure is on an I'm down to 3-4 months before my wedding dress arrives. Once it arrives I've gotta get measured for alterations and will have to stop losing weight until after the wedding so the dress stays fitting.. I have a very limited time frame to do this, so I have no room for mistakes or getting lazy. I have to reach my goal.

I've gotta give this my all! Something I haven't done in a long time. I can't have only half my heart in this. It has to be top priority, with the end result in mind constantly. I cannot justify cheating on my diet, skipping workouts, or just plain being lazy and apathetic. Sometimes I'll feel like doing that, but i'm only going to feel worse in the end if I do!

Operation wedding dress:


-10+ cups of water per day
-Work out 5-6 days per week
-Full body weight training 2x per week
-Minimum 30-45 minutes cardio per workout
-Track intake/outtake every day
-Try on target outfit every month and take progress picture
-No junkfood, eating out, or empty calories
